I regularly buy shoes from Holster, both online and through their boutique. I am always astounded at the speed of my online deliveries and the sheer beauty and style of my shoes. When I'm up Noosa way I like to call into the shop which is staffed by friendly, helpful and funny girls, who always make it a pleasure to buy shoes. Keep up the good work guys :-)
I bought two pairs of Holster sandals and both broke in exactly the same way. When I contacted customer service I was told only a 3 month warranty is given. If I had known this I never would have purchased them. The shoes are pretty but Holster don't even have enough faith in them to expect them to last.
Be careful with this brand.

Although we do have a three month warranty period, we are more than happy to take a further look if they fall outside of the period.
