Worst experience ever for a few simple jobs. Installed wrong size concrete pad and will not answer his phone, texts or voicemail to resolve the issue. Yet to finish installing our rainwater tank that should have been completed 2 months ago. Absolutely unreliable. Was also lovely to find he is currently trading with a cancelled builders licence. Do yourself a favour and avoid him. Poor reviews from years ago are spot on.

Same as many other reviews. Good luck pinning him down or getting return calls or written documents after the first contact. Unsure how he stays in business.

We had a shed installed including site works and concreting by Holtan the week before Christmas. The whole process was so easy from start to finish and with Charlie's ideas and expertise the whole job ended up better than we had imagined.

Charlie had recently given us quotes for concreting, fencing and 2 retaining walls. We are building so the work was meant to be done after our house was built. The builder advised us around 3 weeks ago after they had cut the block,that the retaining walls would need to be built before the slab could go down. Charlie actually rang me after driving past our block after it had been cut to ask us if we would like him to make a start on them as he felt they needed to be built asap to support next doors retaining wall. we gave him the ok to start work on them and he slotted us in inbetween his other jobs. Within a week the work was all completed and we are more than happy with his work. Our retaining walls look fantastic and we could not be happier with his workmanship and the speed in which he completed the job on such short notice. We couldn't ask for better customer service than that!

We are building and during this stressful time we needed queots for teh exterior work to be completed on the property. Charlie was very puctual with communication at the start of the process with quoets and follow up. Then when our builder wanted confirmation of the materials to be used we could not get a response from Charlie. I have since gone elsewhere for the work. I had completly forgot about Charlue until just today 6 months later he has sent me a text message to "check in". I hope you are reading this before you have paid any money to Charlie. Very Poor Business.
