The room we had stank of cigarette smoke so badly that even with the window open we couldn't get rid of the smell and it aggravated my allergies and cleanliness was obviously not high on the agenda here. The room itself was reasonable even though it was fairly dingy and the door jammed badly. It was obvious the door was damaged from the locks being changed very often.
