Home Cafe Ashgrove

A nice cafe in Ashgrove for breakfast or lunch. Had the avocado, feta and tomato on sourdough which was great. The coffee is ok. There is also a playroom if you have kids.

What a lovely place. So glad we have found it.
We ordered the corn fritters and potato rosti. The corn fritters could have had more corn but were still delicious. All other food and drinks were delicious. This is the first dirty chai I've had and loced it. Even better that they use almond milk.
Plenty of seating inside and outside.
Great kids space and kids menu.
Pooch friendly.

I've always loved the food here but since they changed to campos coffee i'm really happy with the coffee too. They do a great breakfast through until late in the day. Well worth a visit.

A great haven for coffee and cake, lunch or sunday breakfast. Comfy choices of seating (I love the window bench seat- great to sit with my baby ). They have amazing chunky fruit-laden fruit toast with coffee deal- great value, and a great range of healthy hot foods and salads. Hubby needs Gluten free and that is taken care of too. Another haven of mine during a hectic day with young kids. They also have a cute playarea nook, safe away from the entry. Best of all, happy chilled staff that help me relax too :)
