We've booked for carpet cleaning & the guy's name was Sam (this guy is pro in carpet cleaning) that did my carpets. He really good and efficient & polite as well. Job well done, would definitely recommend Sam if anyone needs carpet cleaning.

Fortunately, my experience with the company was rather fine. Yes, the cleaners were a bit snappy and yes, they had to be told what to do a couple of times but in the end, the job was done quite well, hence my 4-star rating. They cleaned all of our rugs for just $145 and I guess that is the main reason I have in mind to book them again. Say what you want but everyone's looking to strike a deal for his money.
I booked a one-off cleaning and Kelly was the one that handled my booking. I'm mentioning her name because she was nice and helpful. She explained everything understandable, without those big fancy words that most people use these days to sound smart. She took my priorities and offered me a steam cleaning as an added service. I had to decline only once and I liked that she was not the pushy type to try and take more of my money. The clean went well and the guys stayed in touch with me the whole time - first to double-check the arrangement, and the second time was at the end, when they'd finished the job and invited me over to inspect the flat. Everything looked nice and smelled fresh.
The children were playing around us while we were having some coffee with my sister. Or at least we were trying to - the little guys got in my way and I spilled a whole cup on the carpet. Well, I'm happy it was the carpet and not the children but the stains were huge. My first reaction was to smear the stains with some baby wipes because I've read somewhere they'd absorb the coffee. The success avoided me and the stains dried out, bigger than before. I called the company for help and they were kind enough to send a team for the problem. The cleaners did a great job and had obvious cleaned lots of various stains because they restored the carpet's colors in about 40 minutes.
The guys were very nice and helpful. When I called, the operator explained everything thoroughly and presented the company's services to me. However, I knew what I wanted and politely declined any additional services. I liked that he was not pushy and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. We made the arrangements and a team of two knocked on our door two days later. They did the job well and I don't really have anything to complain about.
