The worse after sales service. When they have installed something wrong they refuse to fix it making up reasons and excuses not to fix it. We had to get someone else to fix up their mistake.
An update they have now been back in contact and are going to try and resolve the problems. So I would change the rating when I find out if or how.
Update is they now want to try and rectify the problems. SoI will give them another go.
Not resolved just kept saying no that's not the way it works where I had other contractors being a plumber, builder and an electrician all look at the job in the bathroom all saying that they are wrong and the way it should work. No problem with the rest of the house still get condensation but not as bad.
