On pick up of our kelpie pup she was excited to see us and wagging her tail and energetic. They told her to sit by yelling loudly at her and forcibly pushed her back to the ground when she wouldn't listen to them. Our dog is a member of our family and we respect her and treat her kindness. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and feel ill about how my dog would had been treated when we weren't there.
