I wanted to sign a contract with them one year ago for getting Visa 190 ( permanent residency). They added Visa 489 (temporary residency which is easier to get) to the contract just in case application for Visa 190 is not successful. They applied for Visa 489 first and got it. But then when I asked them to apply for Visa 190, they asked me to pay off the contract and pay them extra money for another contract. When I told them that our current contract is for the two Visas, they even threaten me to lodge a complain against me to the court and send details to DIBP.

My advice, try to consult whatever contract you are signing with them with other lawyers first. And If you are in the dilemma of whether to ask their help for getting a visa, please think again.
