Arranged to have a corner sofa made after picking out the fabric. They had it made completely wrong, unfortunately I cannot upload photos to show the mess they made. When contacted they begrudgingly organised to have it corrected. Waited quite a while, they did manage to correct the majority of it, but left the ottoman unchanged. When contacted they became extremely defensive and claimed that it cost THEM a lot of money to fix. The cushion covers which were replaced were not of great workmanship with plenty of loose threads hanging from them. All in all I found the customer service to be appalling.
Would most definitely NOT recommend them. Stay clear
