Bought a robot for my 5 year old son, when we opened it the head was broken off. Took it back and asked for my money back as the item was poorly made and didn't want another one. The two staff including the unprofessional management, were so rude and arrogant and refused to refund my money. I will NEVER buy another single thing from the rudest shop staffs I have ever dealt with at the worst unprofessional HOMEMART at ARANA HILLS!!
