Lovely store, well stocked and well set out. My husband and I had been looking for a Targine for months, trying everywhere from Myers to Big W, only to walk in and find a stack of them on the shelves. The girl was nice enough to locate the colour we liked/wanted , we were delighted with the helpful service and attitude. While there I also stocked up on some very cheap (but good quality) hand towels.
This is the first time i wrote a review anywhere as i've never been the complaining type, but only because it involed my family, so i didn't want anyone else to cop what we did. Me and my wife basically experienced the WORST customer service ever from the management at HomeArt Bankstown Store 213. We bought a vacuum cleaner 2 days ago from the shop and after using it once, we found out that the power cord doesn't rewind itself. Therefore, we took the product and docket back to them and see if they can get it fix or replaced. The management whom never had a smile on their face rejected our claim saying that it's our fault that the cord doesn't rewind. I tried to explain how i used the product which was a normal way. They didn't listen and their attitude started getting worse as if they didn't want us to be there. Seems to be a trend with Homeart. I've had bad experiences with the Midland store in Perth. Trying to get refunds or exchanges for faulty products is near impossible, with excuse after excuse from the rude management.
