Homebush Boarding Kennels & Cattery

Our dog stayed @ Homebush Boarding Kennels & Cattery last Xmas for a fortnight. When we arrived to collect her we were told our dog was found to be lame when the staff went to bath her.
We were told by the owner to fix the account while she looked at our dog because she had been very busy. When the owner brought our dog to us she had a cut on her left paw & the owner told us puss had come out but the dog would be ok. When we got home our dog was in pain & off her food. The vet operated to remove the small offending particle. We did not receive any follow up phone calls or contact from Homebush Boarding Kennels to check on our dog.

We have used a few different places over the years to board our pets when we've gone away. We have always been extremely happy with the service & care at Homebush Boarding Kennels & Cattery. We love that the dogs are walked twice a day, and the free hydrobath before we collected them was appreciated. Our cats, who stress a lot, didn't seem to be too phased. Love that our pets were kept in family groups too. They even looked after our bird and guinea pigs! Our elderly dog got her special diet & medication each day & we didn't need to worry, as we even got text messages with photo's & updates on Facebook to keep us up to speed with how they were all going. The cleanest business of this sort I've seen. Impressed with our whole experience. Highly recommend Homebush Kennels & will use them again for sure. Personalised, professional and caring. A+++++
