I used them six years ago for a large job - awning, blinds, curtains. It was a mixed bag - awning and roller blinds - excellent.
luxaflex thermal blinds - took two years to get right and to be fair they did everything they could to help.
Roman blinds a nightmare from day 1 - yes they fixed the biggest problem but now six years on I give up and am gong to replace them - cant pull them up or down easily, backing strings have broken and are now crookedly tied up - each blind was nearly $1000 so I expect more.
Long drop curtains - system they use mean the curtains are continually falling off the top rail - they fixed them several times but then I gave up and now we just live with ...read more

Paid a premium price for what I thought was a premium product but only got broken promises and very poor service. Will never buy anything from this group ever again.
