Terrible pots and pans, broke after one year. Promised it was a lifetime guarantee, but management would not replace my product. Don't buy this product. Go to other big department store where a guarantee is real and honest. Poorly made. Rubbish.
I wonder how you cook. I have mine going to 10 years now and even a few in the past. How can you break heavy duty stainless steel? You must be Wonderwoman! It is only the knobs and handles of ecology that need replacing occasionally which is true to most saucepans.
