Homestead Boarding & Training Kennels & Cattery

I opened a dispute with my bank after I could not find the refund policy for the training and board program. I was looking for a third-party entity to help intervene so that I could get a refund. In addition, I was not comfortable with their customer service enough to come to them first instead of my bank.

I was right. After Kip Homestead knew that I had opened a dispute with my bank, I received a call from Anthony about the dispute. I was happy to chat, remained calm, and explained to him why I had opened the dispute. Excellent client communication and service, friendly, professional and really knowledgeable trainers.
Remi and Clive (1yr Staffies) are covid puppies and were a real handful until we found Homestead Kennels and their training services. The kids spent 3 weeks doing the board and train program. We opted for extra home training and our home trainer Emily is magic; THE BEST?? Scott and Tanya are the owners of Homestead and we are so grateful to them and their wonderful team for helping myself and hubby and the Furkids. We also use their fanbloodytastic boarding resort

I just picked up our cat Millie, who stayed at Homestead Kennels over Christmas and am very happy. The cattery is set up beautifully and is nice and cool (even in this heat!!). Millie looks great and wouldn't hesitate leaving her in the wonderful care of Rod, Lucas, Tamara and team as I know they treat my babies as their own. My dog Vlad also attends Homestead Kennels weekly for daycare and loves it, to the point when I say "Are we going to see Rod?" he jumps up and runs to the door and can't get their quick enough... I swear, he thinks he owns the place!!! Thanks again to the Homestead team!

We were so disappointed that you took advantage of our late booking request last December and charged an unreasonable amount, far in excess of what we have paid at other kennels. You dressed this up as a gold service but there was no evidence that you actually provided us or our dog with anything beyond the norm.
