ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
The service after signing the papers and paying for our vehicle was absolutely sub-standard. We bought a '13 CRV, and they neglected to tell us it only came with one key. Upon taking the car from the dealership we complained as it was never mentioned, and were told by the manager they were "under no obligation" to tell us this. We payed $34,000 for this car. We were given our pathetic one key and dismissed with no help and no graciousness. My mother bought a Mazda from Osborne Park Mazda down the road for 20-something thousand, was given champagne, chocolate, and many calls and e-mails enquiring about how her purchase was. I purchased a car from Honda North. The sales staff were incompetent. Getting the required paperwork together seemed too much for them. They were unable to answer questions beyond the info on their website, didn't follow through on assurances. The car I purchased is great, but next time I will go somewhere else, even if it means paying more.
