The place smelled really bad, the menu had been crossed out and handwritten with about 100 changes (not hard to do fresh menus is it?) and to top it off the (I assume) staff came out of the kitchen and said 'how many dishes, you will be here a while' - well I wasn't, I don't need that sort of service
This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Ballarat. Hong Kong City Chinese Restaurant has a wonderful range of meals, something to suit every taste - including vegetarian options. The staff here are incredibly friendly and very patient if you are not sure what you want to order.
