Hoofs & Paws Mobile Hot Wash
Mobile Horse and Dog Wash Hi my name is Natalie and I am a privately owned business, so unlike a franchise, you are dealing directly with the owner. I answer all my enquiries and assure that once on the job, your precious furry family member will be in good hands.
I wash Dogs using 100% fresh warm gas heated water in the bath and I wash Horses with an outdoor gas heating shower
I DO NOT use a hydro bath pump as that uses the same dirty water,, I always use fresh water to wash your pet as this ensures a clean wash every time
*Wash Includes: Pre Brush, Warm wash with Massage, Blow-dry, Ears/ eyes cleaned, Nails clipped / Hooves Cleaned and oiled, between feet and privet areas trimmed neat and tidy, I also supply Doggy & Horse Treats.
*Full clipping available for an extra $30
*All washes receive a free bow/bandanna if requested
*I gladly offer a $5.00 Pensioner discount on looked after and well behaved pets :)

*Shampoos and conditioners and de matting tools are available for sale
* Puppy and Foal 1st time comfort lessons
All sessions are 45 minutes and are $50.00. In your 45mins your pets will be introduced to the hydro bath for puppies and outdoor shower for foals using warm water, blow dryers, at each stage of training there will be treats supplied along with nice massage during bathing time.
When you make an appointment I will always send you a message the night before to confirm your appointment :)

Natalie has been grooming my dog since he was a small pup. She has always been very professional, friendly and the best part is that she really cares for my boy!
As for the reminder text the night before, great idea!

I also have just read the bad reveiw about Hoofs and Paws and I completely disagree! Being a busy Mum studying from home with a two kids and a household to run I LOVE the message reminder and nowadays I think it is a standard practise.
I have a mini horse, Shitsu and Ridgeback and from the first time Natalie came to groom my animals she showed them the same love and care I do my babies. She does not just do bare minimum she makes your animals feel pampered and loved! I have had a few different groomers and by far she is the BEST! My Shitsu never listens to me, but he just sits there for Natalie and lets her do anything to him, I wish I had her gift ! If you want your animal pampered not just have a wash and cut then I would ring Natalie!!!!!

We just read the review about Hoofs and Paws being unprofessional and can't disagree more. Getting a reminder message is a wonderful idea, and Natalie is always on time and does a wonderful job on our white Jack Russell who is left smelling lovely for weeks.
contacted at 8pm the night prior to appointment advising to message before 10 pm or groomer would not show the next day because other clients have 'stuffed her around'. After messaging stating that I would cancel the appointment then due to the sheer lack of professionalism and inapproriateness of the message I recieved a long winded message back exploding at me in capitals and angry faces because 'its not her fault she didnt have time to message me in business hours and im a nasty person'
- if you want 'total lack of professionalism - then this is your animal groomer!

Hi Natalie. Ive just seen this message. I have to say I am very put off by receiving this message at 8pm at night, giving me two hours to respond. Generally at this time of night I would not have seen this message - being the time of night that I, like many people are busy getting kids to bed etc. I arranged this appointment around the one day off I have this week so to have woken up and found this message tomorrow morning would have been highly disruptive and as such I will now cancel tomorrow's appointment. I recommend taking deposits for future bookings rather than putting the ownership of your business's issues on your clients
