Hooked On Fish

Display cabinet could look more presentable/appealing as that's what it's there for, also need to have a couple more trained older staff members that can maintain a consistent work flow and have better customer service! The food was OK tho way to much salt on the calamari. All the business needs is a few more people in there that know what they're doing and it would be a hit!!

Tonight it took 50 min to get our fish n chips, the guy next to me asked how much longer his food would be, he got told by the management that if he wanted fast food, there is one across the road. I found this rude and unnecessary. We won't ever be going back again. There was barely a handful of chips in the $17 pack.

I ordered Takeaway from this business. When I got home the order was not mine. After having to wait to speak with the management they were both unapologetic and unhelpful even suggesting that it was my fault I collected the Incorrect parcel. They In fact stated " I'm sick of it! " and hung up in my ear. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I guess they're still learning, the fish was OK, too much batter not enough fish, the chips were rubbery, sorry but I paid good money for that meal and it was third rate. don't bother unless you're really hungry and don't care if you get bad food..

Awesome fish and chips just needed a little bit more salt other than that I thought it was fantastic
