Hoopla Salon

Had a great consultation and agreed on what I wanted. Took the aftenoon off work to fit in with the salon's busy schedule. When I arrived they said they didn't have time to do what was agreed upon. To top it all off the manager was incredibly rude to me. It's a hard NEVER AGAIN from me. Worst customer experience of my life.

I went to Hoopla the first time yesterday and was very impressed by their level of service and professionalism. Very young and groovy staff that are all extremely well trained and very talented, super efficient and polite.
My hairdresser gave me a thorough consultation and a price on how much it was going to cost before cutting my hair. I did not have to wait around at any point.
I left the salon feeling happy with the result and I will definitely be back and recommend Hoopla to my friends. Definitely 5 stars from me.

This is yet another experience with a hairdresser where I booked in to see the Senior Stylist/Colourist only to have the Apprentice/ Junior do the vast majority of my service. Either the Senior Stylist/Colourist would begin to apply the colour only to have the apprentice take over and finish my colour, wash and style or the Senior would apply half my colour with the Junior applying the other half simultaneously and the Junior would do everything else (wash, colour check, style). The Senior then comes along at the end to check if I’m happy with my colour and for that privilege I paid Senior Stylist/Colourist prices. I did go 5 times and this happened 4 out of the 5 so I stopped going about July 2016.

I've been here a few times and was happy however the last 3 times they messed around my appointment times. The last time I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and then when I got there my name wasn't even down. Never again

Hoopla's friendly and hugely talented team have never let me down. Cuts, colour and professional advice all delivered with a smile and a tasty beverage. I would highly recommend!
