Great Bloke! - I rang Nick from Hop To It about a job, he had a bit much on for the size of the job i was looking at which was a shame, but dispite that he gave me 15 minutes of his time to talk about windows, options what might suit my home and gave me some great advice on what to look for and where I should go.
A really helpful bloke.
Absolute pure arrogant!! Enquired about a quote a couple of months back, then when we finally came up with the money, called back and said "never got back in touch - try someone else - beep beep beep"......Do not waste your time with arrogance like this!!!
BEWARE TRADIES! Drove 80kms to do a quote for these people on the 19th March this year (checked my diary 8 months ago!) Had to wait around for their partner to turn up late , fixed up their sliding glass door lock for free. Gave them the price for the security door. Never had the decency to let me know if they were going ahead with the job until now. I doubt they will get anyone to do any work for them.
My experiance was very differnet - When I phoned he had to much work (I had a fairly large job to do).
Regardless he took the time to give me advice - what to get, where and his experiance in the window industry. Really cant beam people like this. I give hime 5/5.
