Hoppers Crossing Medical Centre

I have been attending this medical centre for many years and have at all times found the reception staff friendly, courteous & helpful. The doctors always act in a professional manner & are thorough with their diagnosing. I have never had a problem with this establishment. Top marks!

The service here is very disappointing! Having my first baby is such an exciting time and I dread going to this place everytime I have an appt. Forget about trying to contact them... You will be put on hold OR you won't even be answered... The reception staff are rude and have NO idea what customer service is. I won't be going back there and unfortunately it's too late to change as I'm half way through my pregnancy!
