I got my car air conditioner fixed with this service centre. Firstly they took one week to fix it. After getting fixed , after someone days it started doing the same . When i took my car to them again , they found another fault and ask me to pay more. The car wasn’t fixed properly at first for sure. They give me explanation, which was unsatisfactory. They didn’t find the issue properly at first. I do not recommend this place for car repairs. I wasted my money and time . Be aware.
Took my car in to have it looked at. Turns out it was the fuel injector in cylinder 1 that needed replacing. Had the work done. Unfortunately a day later the issue persisted. Took the car back again, expecting new issues to be found and expecting more money to be paid. But that wasn’t the case. They provided a courtesy car, looked over my car and fixed it without any out of pocket costs. I am very thankful to the quick and professional service that was provided. It’s so hard to find an honest and reliable mechanic, let alone someone who will go out of their way to explain the problem and how they fixed it. I give hoppers service centre 5 stars for accuracy, 5 stars for customer service and 5 starts for hospitality!! I recommend them to anyone who needs anything done with their car! Will definitely be taking my car back for regular services.
Took my car in for a Rwc. I was told it requires repairs on 5 items. I took the car and got the repairs done. On the second check he said it failed for a worn tyre. This wasn't listed on the initial check. I checked the Tire and its clearly legal as it has the water tread marks. To top it off. He said that because it's failed on the second check(for items that weren't listed in the first check!) that he will bill me again for the rwc.
If I could rate these guys in the negative than I would.
Avoid at all costs unless you like to be robbed and scammed and ripped off. Absolute thieves.
Really tricky place... I got quote around $2500 repair items for RWC. I paid $150 for check up fee there then decided to go other place ended up only $400 repair items for RWC.
After looking at a number of services centres in the area I was informed by a friend to go to Hopper Service Centre. I took my BMW in for services, brakes and tyres. They provide me with a loan car on the day so that I could go to work and pickup the kids from school. The workshop very clean and neat. The kept me informed during the day on what was going on. That was great to know my car was in good hands.
