Hoppy's Handwash Cafe

Last straw. I put up with sub standard car washes most the time at Hoppys as I am too lazy to wash my own car. I have swirl marks on my new Audi A5 that I got from them as I never have washed else where. Never again. Got my car back today with broken plastic bit from their service and more swirl marks. Never again.

Hoppys at Norman Park are excellent. Always meet in such a friendly manner by Corry or Dave.
Sometimes my car is hot and miss I know that if I called them just drove it back the guys would prefer this than customers leaving uphappy. Thanks to the team at Norman Park.

Service was really quick but actually the car wasn’t clean enough. A lot to say about the customer service! The person on the check in point is not willing to help you or aswer your questions, also he got really mat because I wasn’t sure about what kind of service I wanted according to my car and my budget, just a reminder “That’s his job”. Coffe also quick but not a friendly staff. At the end, they were really rude when I asked for a re-vacuum because the car was not clean. What a poor experience today!

Rude management, long wait time, then my baby got parked, unlocked, in the sun (water streaks would suggest to air dry). Not a good wash

There was quite a crowd when I pulled in on a Saturday morning but the queue disappeared almost immediately. The staff were super efficient, however the prices are fairly dear and the cafe food leaves a little to be desired.
