Amazing. Staff are professional but warm and give you the time you need. Would strongly recommend.

I have to say that after coming here first and waiting awhile, then going to other medical practices, I have come back to find that the quality of care from the doctors and the reception staff are amazing. This is an extremely busy place, but after all, it is located inside westfield. The staff were very accommodating to my needs as well as my children. DVD's were changed to keep them happy, and colouring in books etc.

The range of doctors available are also very very good here. If you want to just be quick, there's a doctor for that. If you want to spend some quality time, there are plenty of doctors for that too. I found that the doctors really do try and find an answer to help your health concerns.

Also convenience near pharmacy, in-house pathology and if there is a wait, the reception tries their best to average the time, so you can go and shop, or have a coffee.

I'm back for good!

I usually don't give a review on something for the sole reason that i don't have time. What prompted me to write this one is to warn people not wanting them to go through the same situation i did. First of all, if you can find another clinic, don't ever go here eventhough the location is very convenient. Waiting time is very long and the GP's are not that good. What made it worse is that the staff are very unprofessional. It was my first time to encounter such an unprofessional and stressful medical environment. There's a lot of great clinics around Hornsby. I think people only go here because of their location in the mall, which was what happened to me. Won't waste my time here again. I hope you won't waste your time here too.
