I called Hostplus this morning. Your customer service told me the reason I could not register online was that my date of birth was wrongly input and I was told to send the " change of member details" form and certified true copies because of your error.
Please respond
1. when you refund my insurance fee because I never consent Hostplus to use my superannuation to buy insurance
2. I doubt the validity of the insurance as Hostplus never verify my personal details and now the date of birth is wrong
