Your usual discount store in the items that are stocked but I would NEVER shop here again - the customer service was appalling, never have I ever been treated so disrespectfully and shouted at like this in a store. When I approached the counter with the full receipt (for 2 items brought about 3 hours earlier) and asked to exchange these for 3 different items & pay the additional costs (which is per the guidelines printed on the front counter), I was verbally abused for not having told the staff as soon as I walked in the store that this is what I wanted to do. I apologised, not realising this was such a terrible thing to do. It's sad to to think that this is how staff views the world and I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
