HOT DEAL FURNITURE

Absolutely atrocious. I have not dealt with a worse company. All communication was rude and short - or via text message, and the same. After delivery - with no instructions - of a wardobe purchased, the doors do not fit the unit - they are not even the same sizes, or square!!! Terrible quality. After contacting them with the issue they immediately responded with 'we dont do refund or exchange, take your evidence to fair trading and let them sort it out'. So I am. See you in the tribunal Raymond.

Buyers be aware!!!!! Do not buy from this business. I bought a bed when unpacked from box it smelled like paint/chemical the smell will not go away. Bed advertised was not the bed delivered. Metal frame legs keep on bending. When I contacted the management they were very rude, disrespectful, nasty hung up on me and told me that if I don't like to call to call fair trading as a sarcasm.

My experience with them are very positive .Got the amazing deal on bed room set.A nd delivered for free. good thing to deal with smaller furniture store is less waiting . Like 3 months waiting for a lounge in other stores :p Price was really cheap and the service I received was pretty awesome

If I could leave zero stars, I would. But unfortunately the minimum is a half star. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are rude, unprofessional, and nasty. The bed on the ad, was not the bed delivered. When we contacted them, they gave various excuses, was rude, and then hung up. They also sent the number for Dept of Fair Trading and told us to contact them in sarcasm. Do not waste your time and money with them.
