Hot Rocks Charcoal Chicken

I cannot fault the food in this place, especially their taook. However, I can fault their service. I called them today and asked for 3 sandwiches, 20 minutes before I arrived at 3PM. I clearly asked for the sandwiches to be pre-made because I was in a hurry and needed to be somewhere by 3:30PM. I arrived and noticed that the sandwiches were not ready and that the shawarma was not even cooked. I advised them that I intentionally called, ordered prior to arriving and asked their attendant to get my sandwiches started. The lady said, the sandwiches are nicer hot. Well yes I know, but I asked you to prepare them and specified it clearly for a reason. You can simply listen to what the customer requested and act accordingly rather than do what you please. The place was not even busy so cannot say this was the reason for not doing the order. Please listen next time.

Chips with chilli and garlic are to die for. Yum!
