I think the give fantastic service. This is my regular salon. I've been going there for about 7 years. I'm always happy with the result. The girls are very friendly, professional and willing to help. If you don't like something just let them know and they'll change it. I've had many different things done from cuts to colours (including browns, blondes and reds) as well as numerous stylings for events. Never walked out of there unhappy. Great wok girls!
Terrible service. They are expensive and every single time I have been there it just got worse and worse. On one occasion I booked in to get some waves done for a wedding, since the wedding was a far away I had to make sure I was out by a certain time, my appointment went over by 1.5 hours - APPALLING! And then they still had the nerve to charge me $70.00 for it......I went home and took it straight out, it looked ridiculous. Also, I went in and seen the management and got a few curls for another wedding, after $86.00 I also walked out extremly disappointed. There has also been another 3 or 4 times where I just got my hair randomly cut and they didnt listen to a word I was saying. And when I got my hair coloured you honestly couldnt tell at all.
Seriously, dont waste your time or money.......go near the CBD, they are a little bit more expensive (not by much) and you walk out of there looking fabulous...honestly!!
