Hot Spot Fish N' Chips

The fish and chips were of reasonable quality however the service received was very poor. Waited 40 minutes in store with 2 young children for a serve of minimum chips, a few dim sims and potato cakes.. When I brought it to their attention they gave the impression that they had forgotten to cook it. Again waited another 10 minutes and when I asked the staff (behind the counter) why it took so long the staff simply walked away. I wont be returning to buy from there again. Edithvale Fish and Chips a few doors down on the highway is far better
