I have known and trained with Lisa for 2 years. My Fitness and strength levels have improved dramatically.
I really enjoy training with Lisa because she is always mixing up the exercises and keeping the routine new and fresh, so it's never boring. She continues to push me to the limit and beyond. Just when I think I've got a handle on it all she takes it to the next level and challenges me again and again.
You Know you have an awesome trainer when they are inside your head, pushing you all the way, even when you are not in the studio and that's what gives me motivation.
