Hotel Cremorne Bistro

Seems to be a resurgence to this Hotel recently and when I was there on Saturday night it was packed to the rafters with heaps of north shore types. Love the piano bar called Minskys which attracts a little bit of an older crowd. (tick)

The Piano bar was a bit of a let down. Very young crowed. Drinks were average.

This is a pretty average hotel during the week and, still is on the weekend but, it has a little secret inside called Minsky's. The nightclub upstairs has the Piano bar on the weekends where a man plays the same old tunes week after week and, the crowd is encouraged to sing along. Anyone can get in no matter what condition they are in. Minsky's is the VERY last stop on the way home just dont throw coins at the Piano man or else he will stop playing. The crowd is Drunk regardless of their age so you better be ready for much silliness and, the possibilities of losing your voice because you've sung along to Billy Joel!
