Not all rooms are worthy of a 4star rating, beware! Beds uncomfortable, hot/cold showers, outdated rooms (half of them), old outdated room and walkways. I was not happy staying here at all for what I paid, I feel $88 a night would be the most I would pay and felt ripped off. If this is Brisbanes best 4 star boutique hotel, I'd hate to see the others! Staff were great though. But management need to spend some money and fix up ALL of your hotel!.. Yes, I noticed SOME rooms were renovated (and therefore worthy of 4 star- but u'd pay even more for these and its not worth it), while others are left to fall apart.
