Hotham Hill Licensed Post Office

I echo the reviews about the miserable service adn attictude of staff atthis post office. Two out 3 time I received notification of deliveries available for pickup at this place, they were not there. The servers told me it wasnt there and to come back again - didnt show a care about the misinformation texted to me, or the incovenience and time lost in having to come back. They had no conern and were annoyed that I expressed my dissatisfaction. I bet they would care more if they had to lose time and money for each time they did not have the delivery ready after notification. Its unfortunate that the postal service defaults to this PO for houses in the delivery area. I hope they pay some attention to thses customer complaints.

I will not be going back there again. I will get my mail redirected to North Melbourne. I went in to pick up a package that was my new pin number sent by my bank. The one that served me - claimed I through my ID at them and so wouldn't help me, and said I would have to get picture ID or I couldn't have the package. I called over the management and made me wait while they checked my ID against the address etc even though they introduced themselves to me and I was a regular.... it all matched and I got the package of course no thanks to the staff. Don't go to this Post Office if you can help it as the service is appalling .

Really bad service,was thrown out by them just because i was at the door two minutes before closing and i needed to pick up a parcel which takes max 3 minutes plus on top of that the they always chat with customers for ages while everyone else has to wait in line.If they are reading this my advice mate get some customer service training instead of arguing with each other all the time..leave that at home nobody wants to hear that first thing every morning.



I have since advised australia post to redirect my mail to another post office as i am happy to go a bit further and get customer service, i am not after good customer service just customer service.My friends and collegues have done the same since i am a Client Rep i will make sure i give this Post office a bad review every time i visit a client or provider.Word travels fast specially in the 21st century.
