I have never been treated so poorly by shop staff. Horrible attitude, rude, and went as far as to say we 'weren't nice people' when requesting a refund or store credit on faulty items. Will NEVER shop in this store again. I would give zero stars out of 5 if this were an option.

Purchased some nice cups here on Saturday 12th Jan. The two staff serving completely ignored me when I took them to the counter. They continued to talk between themselves and didn't even look at me. Very bad service. They were very unfriendly. Even a smile would have been better than their single comment to me "19.95". Nothing else. Will avoid this place in the future.
