House - Head Office

I cannot even begin to tell you how difficult it has been dealing with House. To be honest, the only reason I gave House a one star rating was because there was no option for zero stars!
I placed an order on 11th December in their pre-Christmas sale. I started emailing them on the 19th December as I still had not received my order (which was a $400+ Christmas present for my husband). Finally, on 20th December they emailed to say that it had not been dispatched and probably would not arrive for Christmas! So after desperately trying to get through to their 1300 number on three occasions (each time being on hold for 25minutes only for the call to be terminated), I emailed asking for a refund so I could use that money to purchase an alternative Christmas present for my husband.
