Me too, I would much prefer to have a say in what happens with my money then to just buy any old property and sit and hope that it goes up in value.

My goal is to search, analyse and secure investment properties and property development opportunities where there is the potential to add significant value to the property.

Why? So you get your money working harder for you, you make more money and you hopefully keep coming back to work with me because I am the one who showed you how to do it...but if you decided you have learnt enough and then want to take on your own developments, then thats great too.

I offer two kinds of services:
1) A property search service. Here we work together to understand your requirements and capabilities, then I become your eyes, and ears out in the market place and I track down an opportunity that works for you.
2) Project services. Most transactions that I am involved with are property development related and therefore, once the property settles and is yours, the project needs to start. On behalf of clients I then manage the project through to completion.
