We purchased a ticket off Jump on It for this rest. and when we went to use the voucher they wouldn't accept it. We had booked in for lunch, there was nobody in the rest. and then they made a huge fuss that they didnt want to accept the voucher even though we had paid for it. I called Jump on It while in the rest. and explained the situation and they said the rest. should have excepted the voucher and were sorry to hear of their behaviour and told us to make a formal complaint. The staff abruptly told us to get a table and they would then service us but by then their attitude and the way they were raising their voice at us (like we were such an inconvenience) was terrible. Jump on It have since refunded our money and we have made a formal complaint against the rest. I would not recommend anybody to go to this place.
you're voucher must've expired. i got my food on the last day. great food, great sevice!
