Friendly and motivating small Group fitness training and 1 on 1 training for all ages and fitness levels.House of Health and Fitness offers a friendly and welcoming environment for all age groups and all fitness levels to train in small groups or to train 1 on 1 with your own Personal Trainer. The Group sessions are small and each session is always different focussing on functional training. The personal aspect of our business is our strength. We continuously stay in touch with our clients and follow their progress to reach the goals they have set for them selfs. We offer sessions on Strength, Core and Cardio and also Box Fit sessions. These sessions are great fun and they are a great overal work out. Your first session is FREE! Come and try one of our sessions and bring a friend!

Kim from House of Health and Fitness offered a free introductory training session to see if I liked her style of training. I loved it! We did a mix of strength training and cardio and I felt great afterwards. She pushed me beyond my usual limits. I have now started training twice weekly with Kim - one strength session and one cardio session, which includes boxing. I can feel my strength and fitness improving all the time. Kim is a great motivator and understands the body really well. Highly recommended!
