Love the old shed conversion into this quirky yet funky bar. I have only been for evening cocktails and I thorougly enjoyed the relaxed yet fun vibe. There is the option to sit back and enjoy talking to your friends or even heading to the back/side bar where you can have a little boogie. A great place in the summer months to meet your friends.
Enjoyed a lunch at The Howler.
Order at the bar and served at tables.
Great food, very cool space and in-house DJ.
Lot of fun and very busy, but music just a little too loud for a lunchtime chat.
Had to move on so we could catch up properly with friends as shouting over food wasn't great.
The Howler is a really funky place. An old wool shed converted into a space to eat, listen to awesome music, catch up with friends, laugh with your fave comedian, have a few drinks, etc.
I visited with friends a few Sundays back. There were markets set up in the huge carpark out the front to wander through, then into Howler for lunch. The food is amazing, presented in bamboo steam pots, with sauces & chopsticks. Little puffy pillows filled with pulled chicken & spices, spring rolls, & other yummy things.
This place gets really busy, so get in early. It's popular!
