Howqua Valley Resort

This is a caravan park to stay well away from. Just wanted to stay on a powered site for one night to go fishing and canoeing, quite couple of days away. Took my eggs and bacon and lamb roast to cook amongst the serenity. Lucky I had the back-up noodles. Camp oven didn't work. I told management at 4.30pm the oven didn't work to cook my roast, they said I should have told them earlier. Unbelievably rude. There excuse was they had only taken over in February and hadn't had time to fix everything that was broken. Not having even the basic facilities or attitude is good reason to go elsewhere and not spoil your holiday..

Beautiful scenery, great facilities. However, too many rules and regulations spoil it for people who just want to enjoy their time. The management needs to review their customer relations attitude - why? They are rude, and make life very difficult for those who just want to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Had a great time staying at the Howqua Valley Caravan Park. Everyone in the shop was helpful with just about everything. Even helping me back my caravan into position and give us advise on some great tourist attractions. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and playing mini golf. Next time we might even stay in one of the cabins.The shop had everything, it even sold alcohol, meat , veges and ice so we didn't have to go anywhere. Great place to stay for all ages, highly recommended.

the worst caravan park i have ever stayed at i will never go again the people are not helpfull and i have a caravan and i did not even get a cavavan site so i had to stay on a camp site and i had to pay for a powerd site and i did not even get a powerd sit then i wwas use ing the water and it gotdisconected mind u there was only n1 tap and 1 power point WOST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!
