Had a minor leak in an upstairs toilet. Didn't fix a very simple problem and left me with a $370 bill and a leaky toilet. Will never again use or recommend this plumbing service.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. No sense of urgency from any of the staff or owners. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Howrah Plumbing took 3 days and 3 seperate trips to the property to providete a solution to a leaking pipe. Meanwhile, there was a continual flow of water streaming down the driveway and settling in the flats of nearby residents. It finally got solved but they took out our brick letterbox by forgetting to put on the handbrake of their car. We paid their bill promptly in good faith that they will restore our brick letterbox. Unfortunately after 5 months we still do not have a letterbox. I am extremely disappointed with their service and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
