Howson Carpet and Tile Care

Kim came over to the unit I rent out (sometimes without leases) cleaned my carpet and I paid the fee but a stain appeared afterwards by a door. He found water under the carpet by pulling it up a bit, that had been there for some time and mould had started. The mould surfacing caused the mark. It was no fault of Kim's and any carpet clean would have brought it up. He is a carpet layer as well as a carpet cleaner. After showing me what was wrong, and it was visible, he took up the carpet in three rooms because the water had spread, dried it, replaced the dangerous underlay with fresh underlay and kicked the carpet back. He recleaned and treated it. The second visit to fix all of this was surprisingly cheap (about the cost of another carpet clean) but now I have peace of mind.
