My husband and I went to this cinema over the Christmas/New Year period and were very impressed that the cinemas weren't over crowded. The seats are extremely large with so much leg room that if you reach out with your feet when you sit down you can't touch the chairs in front.
Bathroom facilities were very clean and tidy and the whole experience was enjoyable
The highlight was these MASSIVE chairs, comfy & space in front to stretch out too. Not a huge cinema, but 5 or 6 screens, so plenty of choice. They could do with some more chairs & a bar in the waiting room, but then it is just opposite the centro so not short on choices there.

The staff are courteous and helpful, and the movie theatres are always clean and well-kept. It's lovely because it's got all new seating (very, very comfortable seating), and large enough screens to keep any punter happy, especially at regular Hoyts prices (great value in comparison with Hoyts Broadway - for some reason it's more expensive there than any other Hoyts).
There is also an unbelievable amount of leg room for you to stretch out and therefore avoid the uncomfortable situation where you have to climb over others to get to the middle of a row of seats in the cinema, trampling all over everyone else.
