Dear me..... we came in for the first movie session on the weekend and the toilets had no toilet paper? no hand washing soap. The movie did not start until 40 minutes after the scheduled screening time, so the cinema is full of unsettled kids with equally frustrated parents. After the movie screening, two hours later, the toilets had the toilet paper rolls dumped on the floor infront of the stalls but not attached to the toilet roll holders inside the cubicles? Besides the cleaning issues, it is really unacceptable to have a cinema full of people and not have the movie screened at the scheduled time.
Everytime I come to this cinema complex the standards seem to be slipping, so if you are coming here for a movie - allow plenty of time. On a Monday night the lines are long and the service for tickets and the candy bar are very very slow. The cleanliness of the toilets have not improved, but the location and movie choice is why I keep coming back.
The screening cinemas are good. The candy bar and ticket sales area are good. Service is prompt and friendly. But the cleanliness and in particular the toilets are in desperate need of attention. We went on a Sunday morning to the first session of the day and the toilets were filthy.
Good, clean, well-maintained cinemas. The speakers and screens are very good and the staff are pretty friendly.
The EXTREME Screen is worth a look even though it costs a little bit more than a normal ticket. There's leather seats, a bigger screen and the sound quality is excellent.
There is ample parking, but I agree with the reviews below that you should try and get there 15mins or so early to make sure you get your ticket on time.
