A large but very busy cinema. Best parking is on the rooftop, and note that working is for 3 hours only, there is no extension of you are watching a movie so make sure you time yourself properly.
There are limited toilet facilities, so expect long lines.
Some cinemas are very small so don't expect to be in a large setting even if you are watching a new release!
Unhelpful staff and very rude and misleading information regarding food prices. The management is awful and when we went as a group of 4 (four) they wanted $164.50 for 4 tickets (not even 3D) 4 Large Drinks and 2 Popcorns. When we started questioning them about the price they avoided going into detail and even asked us to step aside so they could serve other customers and then they would 'help explain us understand'. Well we waited...10-15 minutes and missed the start of our movie. When we asked for a detailed receipt of what we had purchased all they said was 'we dont do that here, only eftpos receipts'. Avoid this cinema, Hoyts are usually good but this is the worst cinema I have ever been to.
Hoyts Cinemas in the Warringah Mall was great. Heaps of cinemas to watch movies and clean. The entry into the different cinemas are on different levels and easy to access. The thing I have noticed since leaving Sydney that all the shopping centers are charging you to shop at them. This raises the expense up for a family day watching the movies
