Quite some time since I was here last, my views hasn't really changed much compared to when I was here a year ago. Definetly a cinema that requires an upgrade, the furnishing is old, seats are small compared to other cinemas near by. The main benefit of seeing a movie at this location are the options of places to dine nearby just before the movie or after and of course the shops within the complex which is a moajor win.
I agree with one of the earlier reviewers, its been some time since Ive returned to this cinema at highpoint shopping centre, however found that there hasnt been any drastic change, renovation or upgrades. While comparing to other cinema in nearby suburbs or city they are much larger, modern. Apart from the gold class, the standard entrance hasnt changed nor the bathroom facility. Whats great about this cinema though is the fact that its in the middle of a shopping centre, so for those who really want an all-day indoor activities, you wouldnt need to search far. The variety of restaurant, fast food options is also huge within walking distance and the entertainment area that is nearby. Theyve one some local offers in which you can purchase your burger at Grilld and obtain a discount ticket to the cinema, not bad in particular if didnt want to dine elsewhere.
Reading others negatives and I agree with a few. BUT this place is for entertainment not sleeping and it works well enough. The staff try to keep it clean but too many 'guests' are not. Food and drink prices are high but they always are so try to sneak in some nuts or popcorn of your won. Shhhh.
