Hoyts Cinemas

We have been to this cinema many times, and never had a problem, The seats are comfy its always clean, the staff are friendly and the information on the screens are helpful

The sound and visual quality of the cinema was great and the seats were comfy. It was also quite clean and the ushers were good. That's the good bit.



Unfortunately, the aircon was ridiculously cold when it's 30 outside.



The price of movies in the Sydney region and candy bar is excessive by comparison to Newcastle so much so it probably would have been cheaper to drive ro Newcastle and watch the same movie.

After visiting this cinema over the weekend i am TRUELY impressed with the improvements made. Penrith Westfield is quickly growing into one of the premier shopping destinations in Sydney and i am blown away by the quality of this area now, i'm so proud and happy to live here. Staff seem to have really shaped up and are working hard, cinema is always clean, lines are moving quick and i couldnt be happier. Well done to management for the improvements! keep up the great work.

Staff are pretty rude and you feel like they don't want to be working behind the counter but other than that no problems, always very clean and well maintained cinema with a great choice, saturdays the line is almost out the door but every other day there is no problem. :)

I've been to this cinema a number of times and I've never had a problem. The staff are always friendly and fast with their work, the movie information on the screens is helpful when you are indecisive and there is almost NEVER a line to the counter. All in all I really enjoy coming to this cinema and is always my first choice.
