I'd like to be able to properly review - however after waiting 2 months to receive a date/time to inspect, I finally received a phone call and made a time to meet. After leaving work early and racing to get home - no show, no phone call and didnt answer my calls. A couple of days later - another phone call and time to meet - again left work early & again no show - with no phone call nothing. Also didnt answer my calls. Very disappointed. I now am in a position where the repairs are going to cost significantly more.
My sincere apologies this has been a negative experience for you, during our busy times.
As you’ve mentioned your concern, I feel it would be best for you to source another plumber to have your issues repaired in the hope of a quick turn around.
